Girls Team

Follows the Women's National Requirements set out for each level. Each Level has specific skills that are to be mastered and performed in routines on floor, beam, uneven bars and vault. These routines are performed in competitions.

Our goal for this program is to introduce gymnasts to the idea of training, to teach basic techniques that will serve as a foundation for higher levels skills and also be an introduction to performance (competitive) gymnastics.
