Membership and Fee Information

We trust this provides you with important membership and fee information. Your tuition pays for a class spot, regardless of attendance. Bookings are essential (aside from advertised casual classes). Once registered your child’s membership is ongoing until a cancellation (drop) of membership.

Learn to Gym Membership

Membership fees are processed via direct debit from your nominated bank account or credit card for the scheduled classes for the fortnight in advance. These details can be updated in your family account via the member portal. For direct debit dates please refer to the Direct Debit calendar. Your direct debit will continue automatically each fortnight until a cancellation of membership. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available at the time processing the direct debit, failure to do so will result in Gymsports Management passing on any charges incurred and bookings will be cancelled.

Concession discount

We offer a 30 per cent concession to our customers holding a valid health care card upon the provision of the concession card number. Refunds for the concession discount will not be given if customers do not show proof of concession upon enrolment/payment (must supply concession card number and expiry date). Concession discount is only valid for fees (excluding registration). We also offer a sibling discount of 10 percent if you have three or more students enrolled.

1st Month Money Back Guarantee

This is offered as a courtesy to our new members. We are not obligated by law to give any refund in this situation; however we offer a full money back guarantee to new members if you decide to cancel within their first month (31 days from the first class).

Continuation of Membership

Towards the end of each term, your son/daughter will receive a recommendation of same class or change of class. Once a member, your son and/or daughter has automatic priority for ongoing bookings, unless we are informed of your  cancellation before the direct debit for the fortnight in advance. Bookings are continuous through the term school holidays and will also continue for term 1 of the new year unless cancelled.

Absentee and Make Up Classes

A make-up token will be automatically generated if your child absent from class. You can mark your child as absent from a   session and also access your make up token/s through your family account on the Member Portal. Make up classes are subject to availability and valid for 6 months. There is no fee reduction for missed classes.
