Risk Management Committment

Gymsports Management is committed to full filling its risk management responsibility by maintaining risk management procedures, policies, risk registers and management plans.

Introduction

Risk management is a corporate and individual responsibility and integrated into all of the organisations governance and activities.

Risk management is the process of identifying hazards that may cause an injury or illness in the workplace and deciding what may happen as a result. Once hazards in the workplace have been identified and the risks assessed, priorities can be set determining what action is to be taken to eliminate or control the risk.

Risk management is a proactive process that assists with the response to change and facilitates in the continuous improvement of the organization, through the ongoing cycle of identifying, analyzing and evaluating risk.
