GymAbility is a safe and challenging motor development program for children with disabilities. GymAbility is a ‘Gym For All’ program in which participants will experience an exciting combination of activities from the varied Gymsports including Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics, Trampoline and Sports Acrobatics.
The program is specially designed to foster and develop the individual differences and physical abilities of the participants. Through partaking in the program, participants are able to develop foundational sporting and life skills. GymAbility provides opportunities for children with special needs to develop their cognitive and physical abilities through fun and challenging activities.
